Coach Heidi Geha 
Coach Heidi is experienced in personal training, strength training, kickboxing, calisthenics, yoga, and nutrition.  Completing a BS in Nutrition (The University of Alabama) and Healthy Lifestyles Coaching (Arizona State University). Completing Certification in Personal training (ACSM).

If you are looking to get a complete workout and get healthy, feel good, maintain, and/or condition for other sports this is for you.  You will learn some basic nutrition.  This class will give you strength training, cardiovascular training, flexibility; this is a complete body workout.  It will be geared to your individual fitness level and help you improve.  Perfect for beginners and intermediate fitness levels.  You will also be given some basic nutritional information according to the USDA recommended guidelines.  I will be your personal trainer! You or your child can do this program individually or together for a great bonding experience.
