Women's Ultimate Frisbee$15 for the seasonUltimate Frisbee Skills and Drills for adult women and non-binary people is open to all levels from beginners to advanced. Join the fun and meet new people while getting some great exercise. We will run drills to build skills and confidence; if we have the numbers we will scrimmage. This series is sponsored by Upper Valley Ultimate, a community group that has been playing since 2000. Beginners, advanced players, and everyone in between are welcome! Instruction will be provided for beginners. Wear cleats or running shoes with good traction. Please bring a mask and water.

Quick Start TennisInstructor: Ken MarisseauQuickStart Tennis play format takes a new and better approach to introducing kids to the game. Balls are lower in compression; they bounce lower and don't move as fast so they are easier to hit. This allows kids time to get to the ball and helps them develop optimal swing patterns. Racquets are sized for small hands, and the courts are smaller and easier to cover. All that equals more fun and less frustration.

Adult Tennis Clinics instructed by Ken Marisseau, Certified Pro USPTAKen has been a USPTA certified pro since 2000, with a teaching focus on fun, fitness, and a low pressure learning environment.This clinic is geared for the new or developing recreational player with an emphasis on stroke production and mechanics, as well as court positioning and basic doubles and singles strategy. Participants will be required to bring their own properly sized racquet.

The rules are simple and the game is easy for beginners to learn, but can develop into a quick, fast-paced, competitive game for experienced players. We always welcome new players. Come give it a try! We have equipment on-site that can be loaned out if you need it. This is great exercise for all ages!

This year’s State Track meet will be held virtually between July 12th-23rd. More details in late spring. Performers will be fully immersed in every aspect of the stage experience, from singing, dance, stage management, and acting. If you long for the spotlight or are just interested in being in a show, Broadway Ventures will be a transformative experience where you discover your passions, talents, and what it takes to perform a musical!  (Note: auditions are not required. Anyone who wishes to participate may register, first come, first serve, for a space at camp. Broadway Ventures Performer Responsibilities:- All performers must be incoming 6th graders - outgoing 12th graders.- All performers must attend every rehearsal for the entire duration, as well as all  performances. No exceptions. - All performers registered by May 28, 2021 are accepted into the program.- All Performers will receive their script and performance materials on June 5th, 2021 (or after registration if you register after June 5th).- All Performers must be OFF-BOOK entirely before the first day of the program. This means all lines, dialogue, and lyrics memorized. No exceptions. - Performers will be responsible for securing their own costumes, with the exception of more difficult costumes. This non-contact flag football program is a perfect introduction to the game for the young athlete or for those who simply want to brush up on their skills in preparation for the fall program. The program is designed to create an atmosphere that encourages all players to learn and develop fundamental football skills in a non-contact environment. Players will learn techniques to help them excel such as passing, receiving and footwork, in addition to speed and agility work to help with their physical literacy. Offensive and defensive principles will be addressed as participants continue to learn the game and develop their understanding of team concepts and sportsmanship.
