Instructors: Anna Schaal and Liz Burdette, who are both BICP and PIMBA certified mountain bike instructors.  Do you enjoy riding your mountain bike but sometimes have difficulty with trail obstacles? Do you lack the confidence to tackle new trail challenges? Are you looking to find more women to ride with and to become a stronger, safer rider? If so, this 4-week beginner mountain biking series is for you!   We will break down technical skills and take these to the trail to conquer challenges with support and encouragement. Riders will progress to reach their desired goals by building new bike skills with increased confidence. Fundamental elements will be emphasized, including neutral and ready position, bike body separation, pedal position, trail scanning, braking, steering and speed, gearing and cadence,  timing and coordination.
