Instructor: Nate Aldrich, HHS Strength & Conditioning Coach

Staying healthy and active through all of life’s phases and obstacles is challenging.

Maybe you were a competitive athlete in your younger years. Maybe you still play in adult sports leagues, mountain/road bike, run races of various lengths, need to keep up with your growing kids, or want to alleviate some aches and pains associated with aging. Whatever your reason, living a healthy, active lifestyle is one of the best decisions and investments you can make in life. You only have one body. Take care of it.

Aging Athlete is designed for adults who want to get more out of life and their bodies. Each dynamic training session will focus on the development of movement skills, stability, strength and cardiovascular/respiratory conditioning required to sustain an active lifestyle.

Throughout this 10-week program, participants will be challenged to improve their mobility, flexibility, stability, balance, coordination, proprioception, and strength on a daily basis, utilizing proven drills and functional movements.

In addition to the dynamic training sessions, the nutrition component of the program will provide participants with the tools to understand and improve upon their nutritional practices to achieve optimal results.

* Adjustments and discounts will be applied during checkout if applicable. *
