Walking is one of the healthiest, safest and easiest ways to begin a fitness program.
Maxfield Monday Walks:
Each week, the group will enjoy a 60-minute walk at the Maxfield Outdoor Sports Complex. This is a great way to get outside, exercise and socialize with others. Approx. 2.5 miles.
For Maxfield Monday Walks, meet at Pavilion B by 8:30am
