Youth Soccer - Kindergarten Soccer
Registration Deadlines:3rd-6th - August 20thPre-K-2nd - September 2ndSEEKING VOLUNTEER COACHES for all age groups. Please reach out to Jay McDonough, jmcdonough@hartford-vt.org if you are interested in coaching.3rd-6th SOCCER Teams will be made during the first week of practice. Teams will play games against other towns and will travel. Teams will play 8-10 games during the season. Players must wear shin guards, cleats and mouth guards. Shirts/Socks will be provided for games. Game days will vary.Practices start the week of August 25th.K-2 SOCCER Participants will be split into groups with a big focus on skill development, skills/drill, fun games, and small sided scrimmages. Players should wear shin guards and cleats. Mouth guards are highly recommended.Practices start on Saturday, September 6th.Kindergarten: Saturdays - 9:00am-10:00am at Maxfield1st Grade: Saturdays - 9:00am-10:00am at Maxfield2nd Grade: Saturdays - 10:15am-11:15am, Tuesdays - 5:00pm-6:00pm at MaxfieldPre-School Soccer:Saturdays - 10:15am-11:00am at MaxfieldA fun and high energy program introducing children to fundamental soccer principles, such as using your feet, dribbling and the basic rules of the game.Through fun games and positive reinforcement, children will experience the joy of playing soccer and being active.
