9:00 AM - 10:00 AM    Little Sticks Lacrosse - Little Sticks Lacrosse
This is an introduction to the game of lacrosse for boys and girls in grades K-2. The program will teach the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun, positive and safe environment. This will be a non-contact, non-equipment program. Players will be broken out into groups and rotate as a team between 3-4 teaching stations each week. Age appropriate equipment is used in teaching shooting, passing, catching, cradling, stick handling and running and agility.Sticks and Balls will be provided.Each participant receives a t-shirt.COACHES NEEDED: Coaches are needed for this program. If you are available and/or willing please email Jay McDonough, jmcdonough@hartford-vt.org. You will be asked to coach your child’s team. No experience necessary just enthusiasm and a desire to work with youth. Your help is appreciated.No practice: 5/23

Women's Ultimate FrisbeeUltimate Frisbee for women and non-binary adults is open to all levels from beginners to advanced. Join the fun and meet new people while getting some great exercise! We will play pickup, with plenty of demonstrations and skill building on the sidelines for new players. This series is sponsored by Upper Valley Ultimate, a community group that has been playing since 2000. Beginners, advanced players, and everyone in between are welcome! Instruction will be provided for beginners. Play will prioritize positive new player experiences. Wear cleats or running shoes with good traction. Bring water and a white and a dark shirt.
