Field Hockey:
3rd-4th: Mondays & Wednesdays – Time TBA (Watson)
5th-6th: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays - Time TBA (Watson)
This field hockey program is for children in grades 3rd-6th and is designed to introduce the sport of field hockey. The goal of this program is to develop individual player skills including dribbling, passing, dodging, shooting, defense, etc. and to teach the importance of ball movement and team play in game situations. Coaches will reinforce the importance of sportsmanship during competition, and most importantly, have fun!
Team shirts and socks are provided to each player.
Goalie equipment is provided by the Rec Dept.
Participants need to provide their own mouth guards, goggles, shinguards, field hockey stick and cleats.
Game days will vary
