Women's Ultimate Frisbee
Ultimate Frisbee for women and non-binary adults is open to all levels from beginners to advanced. Join the fun and meet new people while getting some great exercise! We will play pickup, with plenty of demonstrations and skill building on the sidelines for new players. This series is sponsored by Upper Valley Ultimate, a community group that has been playing since 2000. Beginners, advanced players, and everyone in between are welcome! Instruction will be provided for beginners. Play will prioritize positive new player experiences. Wear cleats or running shoes with good traction. Bring water and a white and a dark shirt.
