Light Up Hartford Registration
Hartford Parks & Rec is sponsoring a town-wide holiday decoration celebration for all Hartford residents and businesses.
Time to dig out your holiday lights, blowups, reindeer, and decorations!
We are looking for decorated houses, yards, and businesses!
We want to high-LIGHT your home or business.
Register your holiday light display using this form. It’s free to sign-up your home or business and you will have a chance to win prizes!

Homes & Businesses participating in Light Up Hartford will need to plan on having their displays lit up and operational 5:00pm-8:30pm from December 10th through December 31st. We will promote Light Up Hartford during that time frame.
Participating houses/businesses will be displayed as:
-Last Name Family/Business or Display Name
If you do not want to use your last name/business, come up with a festive name for your display.
A voting link will be shared on December 11th.
Judging will take place from December 11th through December 17th.
Winners will be announced on December 20th.
The Griswold Award – The top display you can see from outer space!
People's Choice Awards (Top Three) - Voted for by the residents of Hartford.
Winners will receive a prize, along with their "Winner Sign" to display in their yard.
Decorations must be visible from a public road.
Participating houses/businesses will need to submit a photo of their final display.

Registration Deadline - Monday, December 11th by Noon.
A master list of displays will be available and shared the afternoon of December 11th.
